the best seats (and obviously the most popular) are completely torn to shreds and look disgusting; i felt gross sitting in them. this is one of the least handicap-accessible places i’ve been to. no parking spaces, a long ramp on the side is the only access (which is too much walking for someone with a cane), no automatic doors. my grandma fell on the steps as we were leaving and i feel absolutely awful about it. won’t be bringing her back until you fix your parking lot, your front steps, your doors, and your seats.
The seats are so run down and nasty, some nearly shreaded others had entire sections of pleather ripped off exposing the nasty dirty cloth underneath. My seat was so bad I used my coat over the head cushion so my hair didn't touch it.
I heard several other customers saying the same thing.
I've never seen a theater this dirty, which is a shame because I grew up going here. Obviously the staff and management did not take care of the seats properly.
The temperature was cool, like the air was on. Also it was real loud they need to turn the volume down alittle.
Everyone that worked there was very nice and polite.
The manager needs to sit through a movie and see what i'm talking about, From the beginning of the commercials all through the movie. We seen The Marsh King's Daughter.
Not crowded. Clerk was very nice. Good choice of concessions. Not outrageously priced. Seats were all recliners and very comfortable. Great movie start tines.
The long line moved decently, the building was clean, the staff was friendly, and the movie was clear and played without any issues.
The most important part our family enjoyed the movie together!!!!

Theater seats need some replacement. Very worn.
I know prices have gone up everywhere, so not too much of a shock there. but the seats in the theater need an update. It looks like a family of feral cats tore it up, so im not sure how they are sanitized. It also came off the seats and onto our clothing after the movie, Saw X, a must see btw. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Wish I took a photo of these peeled seats. I'd say next time, but I won't be back.
Absolutely loved this theater ❤️ very comfortable seating leather recliners, very clean and wasn’t that busy at all. Movie ticket prices are very reasonable the popcorn and snacks also priced well and good 😊 next time I bring my coat blanket thing I did get a little chili but it was my first time there didn’t no how comfortable I wanted too get ❤️
